Build and execute global social media strategies, including influencer seeding programs, and conduct performance analysis
Lead global marketing campaigns and create branded and localized content

Global Product Planning
Analyze global consumer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
Define product concepts, positioning, and key differentiators
Product Development & Cross-Functional Leadership
Lead the end-to-end product development process from planning to launch
Coordinate with R&I, Design, and SCM teams throughout the development cycle
Global Portfolio Management
Support global product export approval and develop product training content
Create marketing and promotional content tailored to export markets
Global Sales
Develop and manage channel strategies for key online/offline platforms in the region
Sephora
Amazon (product listing, seller account management, SEO, PDP optimization, search advertising campaign execution, and performance monitoring)
Communicate with overseas subsidiaries and work with partners to develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for launches and promotions
Plan and execute global advertising and content campaigns
Manage influencer collaborations and operate digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms
Conduct beauty media PR activities
Drive new customer acquisition through organic editorial-based media exposure

Who we're looking for
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or expected to graduate by February 2026
Must be available for a full-time internship for approximately 5 months (April–August)
Eligible visa holders: D-2, D-10, E-7, F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6
Interns will work under a D-10 visa, and successful conversion to full-time employment will include E-7 visa sponsorship.
Applicants who have no restrictions on employment in Korea or obtaining a work visa ; no disqualification for overseas travel or health (for male applicants, who have completed or been exempted from military service)
GPA: No credit restrictions
TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 4 or higher is mandatory
Korean language test scores must be submitted. (Other language test scores are not required.)
[Preferred Qualifications]
U.S./ U.K./ Mexican/ Brazilian/ Middle Eastern nationals will be given preference.
Proficiency in English and a second foreign language is highly valued.
